Job summary

Gardnerville Health and Rehabilitation Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support daily resident care and comfort. This entry path into the nursing field offers training to become a CNA and grow within the facility.

Shifts available part-time days and nights; duties include assisting with meals, linens, and resident transport, while maintaining a clean, organized environment and practicing safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights
• Distributes linens, makes beds
• Serves and collects food trays, performs tray monitor
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart
• Passes fluids, nourishment to residents who do not require assistance
• Cleans utility rooms, storage areas, and resident rooms/closets/drawers
• Stocks supplies, empties soiled linen and incontinence barrels
• Clean, disinfect, and store bedpans, bedside commodes, urinals
