Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Collaborate with operations, food & beverage, guest services, and corporate leadership to streamline processes.
• Direct month-end close and financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate results.
• Monitor GAAP developments to keep policies compliant.
• Identify and execute process improvements that enhance efficiency across ownership areas.
• Prepare reports and manage financial projects as assigned by Controller and executive management.
