Job summary
Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, Oregon, in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University, seeks Hospitalists to join our established division. The full‑time base salary ranges from $348,376 to $383,213 and may include bonuses and additional benefits.
Physicians provide hospitalist services at a Critical Access Hospital with a physician‑led team, tele-intensivist support, and daily APP coverage. A 158 shift/year schedule supports work‑life balance.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License.
- DEA certificate and ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide hospitalist services at a Critical Access Hospital on the Oregon Coast.
- Be part of a physician‑led program prioritizing person‑centered care.
- Work‑life balance with an 158 annual shift requirement.
- Average of 13.2, 12‑hour shifts per month including day and night shifts.
- Tele-intensivists available for ICU consultations.
- Collaborative hospitalist division with daily APP coverage.
