Sound Physicians in Moses Lake, Washington, is recruiting a nocturnist for overnight coverage (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a small hospital setting with an open ICU. Expect a 7-on/7-off schedule and strong team collaboration in a community-focused practice.

The role requires board-certified/eligible internal medicine, ICU management ability, and optional procedural skills. We sponsor J1 visas and provide licensing support, with competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation $410,000 plus incentives for full-time nocturnist.
• Sign-on bonus of $40,000.
