Job summary

CompHealth seeks physicians for a hospital-employed internal medicine or family practice position in Tucson, AZ. Block scheduling with 7 on / 7 off, day shifts 7 am–7 pm, no procedures or ICU responsibilities, and a manageable census of about 18 patients per shift.

Teaching and non-teaching role options are available; recruiters offer salary negotiation support and dedicated staffing teams. This is a physician-friendly opportunity with a strong healthcare network in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family practice.
• MD/DO degree required.
• Ability to practice in a hospital setting.
