Job summary

WakeMed is seeking a Hospitalist physician to deliver high-quality clinical care within the Hospitalist division. You will collaborate with a team of physicians, PAs, and NPs committed to the Wake Way and improving community health. Teaching and supervision of APPs, medical students, and residents may be part of the role.

Epic is the EMR. The 10-hour shifts typically run 8 am–6 pm, with other shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Medicine required.
• Board certification in area of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care within the Hospitalist division.
• Educate and supervise APPs within the division, with potential involvement of medical students and residents.
