CarePoint, P.C. is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our busy hospital medicine service at Wesley Medical Center and Wesley Woodlawn Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.

Open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine candidates, the role offers flexible scheduling and day/night shifts with a minimum workload of 12 shifts per month for full-time staff. • Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine candidates.
• Excellent communication skills; collegial, team-building attitude.
• Schedule includes a flexible 7-on/7-off model and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rounds on 18-20 patients daily; performs 2-3 admissions daily.
• Shifts include days, nights, and voluntary swing; 12+ shifts/month (full-time) or 7+ (part-time).
• Demonstrates ability to work within a physician-owned, democratic group.
