Mount Nittany Health Hospitalist Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an IP-only inpatient role at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA. Join a cohesive, 11.5 physician team with 5 APPs, 7-on/7-off 12-hour shifts, and a robust recruitment package.

The position offers CME allowance, sign-on bonus, paid malpractice, comprehensive health benefits and retirement plan; teaching opportunities with Penn State College of Medicine FM Residents; Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• IP only inpatient medicine role with 7-on/7-off 12-hour shifts.
• Opportunity to teach Penn State College of Medicine FM Residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of 11.5 physicians and 5 APPs.
• Teach residents if interested in the program.

Exciting Adult Hospital Medicine opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine in State College, PA! Mount Nittany Health Hospitalist Group is a physician-led professionally managed multi-specialty group. All physicians in the group are hospital employed. Join a cohesive, collaborative team of 11.5 physicians and 5 APPs. Patients will be seen at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260 b ed, not-for-profit, acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.
