Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join our multispecialty team in Northridge, California. You will deliver inpatient care in a hospital-based setting with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and robust support systems.

This per diem role offers a competitive shift rate of $1,690 to $1,890 per 12-hour shift, plus a flexible schedule and the backing of a national, mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible license in California.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient clinical care on a per diem basis.
• Work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to manage patient care.
• Support Northridge Hospital and affiliated practices in Southern California.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Hospitalist, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge, a thriving multispecialty practice within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, playing a pivotal role in providing essential inpatient care to a vibrant community. You will practice alongside a highly respected team of physicians and specialists, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes within Northridge, California.

You will provide expert clinical care primarily in a hospital-based setting on a per diem basis, benefiting from a collaborative environment and a well-structured team approach to patient management. With dedicated interdisciplinary support and robust systems in place serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, you will significantly impact the health and well-being of countless individuals.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with a commitment to collaborative, compassionate patient care and a desire to contribute to a well-established and growing practice aligned with California's largest hospital system.

Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
