Spencer Britt is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join their hospitalist team. This position offers a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, ensuring work-life balance while providing quality care.

Located in Spencer, Iowa, within the beautiful Iowa Great Lakes region, the community provides a supportive environment and numerous recreational activities. An attractive salary and benefits package is also included.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in hospitalist settings is a plus.

Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible FM or IM trained physician to join the hospitalist team.

OPPORTUNITY

• Employed position
• Market area 30,000 population
• 99 bed facility, community-owned 49 acute care beds
• 15 behavioral health bed unit
• Rotating schedule of 7 days on, 7 off.
• Shift starts on Monday at 7am and ends the following Monday at 7am.
• Two call shifts 7pm to 7am required during the week that the hospitalist is scheduled, with one occurring during the week and one on the weekend.
