Job summary

Sound Physicians seeks a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our St. Charles, Missouri team. The role centers on admissions for the hospitalist service, working with day and nocturnist physicians, with no procedures required.

EPIC EMR is used for charting and orders in a collaborative inpatient setting. The ideal candidate is board-certified in acute care or adult NP, has inpatient NP experience, and is eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Board-certified as an acute care nurse practitioner or adult nurse practitioner.
• Minimum of one year inpatient nurse practitioner experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
• Work independently alongside day and nocturnist physicians.
• No procedures are required for this position.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for charting and orders.

Scheduling:

• Admitting/swing shift hours 12:00 pm-12:00 am; 7 days on - 7 days off.
