Job summary

Relias Healthcare seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician for St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. This 571-bed tertiary hospital has a large medical staff and a hospitalist program in a team-based environment.

The APC will work 7 on 7 off scheduling with Hospital Medicine physicians to improve throughput and timely discharges, with ICU closed and nocturnist coverage. EMR is EPIC. ACLS is required; NP or PA with 1-2 years hospitalist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with 1-2 years of hospitalist experience preferred.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Team-based approach with Hospital Medicine physicians to improve throughput and timely discharges.
• Operate within EPIC EMR for patient documentation and orders.
• Participate in 7 on 7 off scheduling and hospitalist coverage as needed.
