Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rounds and manages admissions and discharges.
• Prescribes or recommends therapies and performs procedures as per scope of practice.
• Counsels patients and families on medical processes, medications, and health promotion.
• Maintains complete records of treatment plans and outcomes and initiates timely referrals.
• Provides on-call support as needed.
