Job summary

UF Health seeks Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to support inpatient units, the emergency department, and ICU, with potential clinic duties. You will collaborate with attending physicians, conduct rounds, write orders, and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic plans.

The role spans multiple care settings, including potential clinic responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing and an active Florida APRN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required or higher.
• Current Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• AGACNP/AGPCNP/FNP credentials preferred for ICU/ED tracks.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care alongside attending physician on units.
• Assist in the Emergency Department and chest pain observation unit as directed.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care in clinic settings under supervision.
• Support ICU team with rounds, orders, and daily care planning.
