Job summary

American Academy of Family Physicians is seeking Nurse Practitioners for hospitalist day rounding roles in Clovis, CA. You will join a team of physicians and APs to deliver inpatient, patient-centered care with a focus on collaboration and safe transitions.

Shifts are 12 hours (7 am–7 pm) on a 7 on/7 off schedule, with opportunities for full-time or part-time arrangements. Epic EMR proficiency and CA licensure are preferred to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible nurse practitioner.
• California RN license (active).
• Acute care NP program completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with hospitalist team on rounds and care plans.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and orders.
