This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $135,000 to $150,000 and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and a 401(k). Experience as a hospitalist or in an observation unit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitalist role or observation unit.
• Outpatient experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to cover the pre-surgical clinic when required.

Responsabilités

• Round on patients within and outside the observation unit.
• Order tests, request consultations, and coordinate discharges.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Provide back-up coverage in the pre-surgical clinic.

Connaissances

Nurse Practitioner certification

Experience as a hospitalist

Strong bedside manner

Collaboration skills

Formation

Active Illinois license
