HCA Healthcare is seeking a FT Nocturnist-Hospitalist to join the care team at Aventura Hospital. This role offers a 7on/7off schedule from 7pm to 7am, with a closed ICU and no procedures required. You will support an IM GME program with residents and handle admissions during night shifts.

ABIM-certified or eligible, with Florida license and DEA, is preferred. Inpatient experience is a plus, and a competitive compensation package along with W2 benefits including 401(k) match and stock options

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in internal medicine with inpatient experience a plus.
• Active Florida medical license and DEA registration required for hospital practice.
• Experience in a nocturnist/hospitalist role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nocturnist hospitalist coverage during night shifts (7p–7a).
• Manage admissions and patient care in collaboration with residents.
• Participate in a department with a robust IM GME program and residents in training.
