The position features a path to a 7 on/7 off schedule, six weeks of vacation, loan repayment opportunities, sign-on and relocation assistance, and a balanced work-life approach as the program moves toward full staffing in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hospitalist or in inpatient internal medicine.
• Experience working with ICU teams and pulmonary consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage in an ICU-enabled setting.
• Collaborate with ICU, ER, and pulmonary staff.
• Support transition to 7 on/7 off schedule.
