Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, NE, seeks a daytime hospitalist to join our hospital medicine team. You will manage inpatient care in an open ICU, handle about 13 patient encounters daily with ~2 admissions, and work 12-hour shifts in a collaborative, rural medicine setting.

Open to block schedules (7 days on/7 days off) or flexible arrangements. We sponsor J-1 and H-1B cap-exempt applicants and offer a stable platform with an Epic EMR and support from TeamHealth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Experience in inpatient/hospital medicine preferred.
• Ability to work in open ICU setting and rural Nebraska environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide daytime hospitalist coverage in an open ICU setting.
• Manage approximately 13 patient encounters daily with about 2 admissions.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, ED, and ancillary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care and patient safety.
