The role includes open ICU and coordinating across services to serve a wide regional patient population. Candidates should be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospital-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist coverage at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center and Duluth campuses.
• Participate in 7-day on/7-day off schedule.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a team-based model.
• Open ICU with no ventilator management; inpatient care across multiple services
