Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth and Virginia, MN is seeking hospitalists for a 7‑on/7‑off schedule across two campuses. The Duluth program features 58 physicians and 17 APPs delivering multidisciplinary inpatient care with an open ICU and a strong focus on teaching and research.

You will join a team‑based model with day teams, nocturnists, and flexible scheduling, rounding targets of 16–18 patients for physicians and 24–28 for combined teams, providing broad inpatient coverage of internal medicine

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine.
• Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine with strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunity).
