Job summary

Curative is seeking a locum tenens Nocturnist for inpatient care in North Carolina. The role focuses on adults, with 14–18 patients per day and Epic charting. Staffing requires nocturnal coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM, with responsibilities including responding to codes and coordinating care with hospital teams.

Qualified candidates are board-certified in Internal Medicine, hold ACLS/BLS/DEA certifications, and possess a North Carolina medical license. Travel and lodging support are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine.
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required.
• Must hold a North Carolina medical license.
• Minimum 24 months of hospitalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency codes as needed.
• Care for adult inpatients in a hospital setting.
• Provide nocturnist coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM.

• Inpatient hospital setting in North Carolina
• Patient ages are Adults only
  Volume: 14-18 patients per day
  Charting: Epic

Cases and Procedures:

• Respond to emergency codes as needed

Schedule:

• 7 on/off
  Nocturnist: 7 PM - 7 AM

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• ACLS, BLS, DEA certifications
• North Carolina medical license
• At least 24 months of experience as a hospitalist
