Job summary

Freeman Regional Health Services is seeking an Advance Practice Provider (APP) to conduct rounds, assess patients, coordinate the plan of care, and implement discharge planning under physician supervision. The APP will administer medications and assist with procedures, collaborating with the hospital team to ensure safe and accurate care delivery.

Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays are required, with duties governed by South Dakota law and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Physician Assistant experience or 1 year as NP with hospital inpatient exposure.
• ARC-PA accreditation for PA program or accredited CNP program.
• Active licensure and ability to practice in South Dakota.
