Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of inpatient Internal Medicine experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• One to two years of inpatient care experience in Internal Medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborates with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle call from the floor and ED during shift.
• Open ICU and participate in codes; respond to Code Blue events.
• Support rapid response team and provide high-quality patient care.
