Overlake Clinics is expanding our Hospitalist program and seeking a per diem Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the dedicated Hospitalist team on-site. You will be part of a 24/7 hospitalist service, with opportunities to contribute to admissions, care plans, and patient discharge summaries.

Qualifications include an NP or PA credential, WA license, DEA, and ACLS certification. This role offers per diem day shift coverage in a busy hospital setting with strong team support.

Responsibilities

• Admissions from the ED with treatment plan development and note creation.
• Rounding and discharging hospitalist patients.
• No procedures required; work with 24/7 in-house physician hospitalists and intensivists.

In this position, you will be an essential part of our 24/7 onsite Hospitalist team.

Position Details:

• Per Diem, Day Shift


• Primary focus on providing exceptional care to hospitalist team patients.


• Perform admissions from ED, including treatment plan development and note creation, as well as rounding and discharging.


• No procedures required.


• 24/7 in-house Physician Hospitalist support and 24/7 in-house Intensivists available.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant


• Current WA NP or PA license


• Current DEA


• Current ACLS certification
