Job summary

BJC Medical Group in Belleville, IL is seeking BE/BC Internal or Family Medicine physicians to join its Hospitalist team. This full-time role offers a 7 on/7 off schedule, 7 AM–7 PM shifts, ICU support, substantial APP backing, and no mandatory visa sponsorship.

Compensation includes a $315,000 base salary, up to $20,000 quality bonus, a $30,000 sign-on, $12,000 tenure bonus after year three, RVU-based productivity pay, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO)
• Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensed physician in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospital medicine coverage for designated patient panel.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document medical histories, physicals, and orders in the medical record.
• Attend to call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient care as required.
