Qualifications

• Must have Vent Management experience in the past 2 years.
• Internal Medicine trained with inpatient/ICU exposure.
• Experience in a community hospital is a plus.
• New graduates with robust inpatient and ICU exposure during residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care as a hospitalist with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Manage ICU patients and coordinate with support staff in a no-call setting.
• Follow a 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts and occasional night coverage.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts; 168 shifts per year

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is between $331,411 and $373,442 per year
• As a non-profit, Providence qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
