At Santiam Hospital, you will join a physician-led culture dedicated to clinical excellence and professional autonomy. You will be an essential member of our medical staff and work alongside an on-site specialty team that includes a General Cardiologist, Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians, Podiatrist, OBGYN’s, Orthopedic and General Surgeons ensuring comprehensive medical support for your patients.

Practice Highlights
  • Full-time position, equivalent to 14 shifts per month
  • ICU – open (4 bed) with Pulmonologist and virtual ICU support
  • Day census; 12-20 split between MD and APP (independent provider)
  • Night census: 2 – 4 admissions on average
  • Procedures: preferred but not required (CRNA, Surgery, ED available to assist)
  • Integrated EMR: EPIC for seamless patient care management
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a family medicine residency or an internal medicine residency accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the American Osteopathic Association, current certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine, or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, current licensure by the Oregon Medical Board to practice medicine, current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and current evidence of demonstrated competence and adequate experience to provide medical care at professionally acceptable quality and efficiency standards.
