A healthcare organization in Ringgold is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join its founding team at CHI Memorial Hospital. This unique opportunity allows the incumbent to work at a new facility designed to enhance local healthcare services. About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off shifts (7am - 7pm), Tuesday to Monday.
• Focus: Inpatient care for adults, no Peds, OB, or Trauma. No codes (Rapid Response Team handles), no after-hours call.
• Support: Reasonable census, closed ICUs staffed by Intensivists.
• Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, treat, prescribe, order/interpret tests, and manage discharge planning for inpatients.
• Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, Commencement Bonus, Quality Incentive Bonus, & Longevity Bonus.
