Job summary

Elevated Healthcare Hospitality in Wilkes-Barre is seeking a Valet 2 to warmly greet guests and patients, assist with mobility aids as needed, and provide directions inside the hospital or facility.

You will park and retrieve vehicles, keep entrances clear, and support visitors with wheelchairs while ensuring safety and courteous service. The role requires adaptability to shifts and urban hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and strong communication skills.
• Able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Must stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record check.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely park and retrieve vehicles and keep parking areas clean and organized.
• Assist patients and guests with wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, etc. as needed.
• Provide information regarding directions inside the hospital or medical facility.
• Ensure traffic flows smoothly at entrances and keep the area free of vehicles.
• Provide helpful information to guests regarding transportation schedules and services.
• Understand and follow company policies and complete duties as assigned.
