Job summary

Encore Service Group is seeking dedicated valet team members for a full-time daytime shift at a local hospital in Michigan. Starting pay is $17 per hour with a 6AM-2PM schedule, Monday through Friday. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

• Physically able to walk, run, and stand in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Greet patients, guests, and hospital staff by name when possible.
• Drive, park and retrieve guests' cars safely and courteously.
• Ensure timely service and keep vehicles clean (windshield wash).
• Open doors and assist guests as needed.
• Strive to exceed expectations.
