Job summary

FC Parking & Hospitality Services is seeking a courteous Hospital Valet in Duluth, MN. The role is full-time with a day shift, offering hourly pay of $21.00–$22.00 plus tips and a benefits package. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help guests with directions to create an exceptional experience.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

DRIVING RECORD:

• 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.

PROFESSIONALISM:

• Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.

COMPLIANCE:

• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
