Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and plans care.
• Delivers therapy programs using standard speech therapy techniques for age/disability.
• Documents delivery of Speech Therapy services and progress.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers about care and expectations.
