Job description

Hospital Service Technician I

Location: Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC), Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay: $15.22 - $23.15 per hour (base pay range). This represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicate with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, etc.
• Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.
• Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient ready use following all company and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; prior work experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
• Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
