Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I for Rex Hospital’s Day Shift 7am - 3:30 pm. The role involves delivering equipment to patient rooms in ready condition and ensuring readiness according to hospital protocols.

You will work with clinical staff to explain equipment features, provide quality service, and handle pickup, cleaning, and processing of equipment for patient use. Applicants should have a high school diploma and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required and prior work experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
