• Security Guard license (CA) required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 90 days.
• Driver's License: CA within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security emergencies and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Observe, report, and document incidents in hospital systems.
• Patrol the facility and grounds, monitor alarms, and dispatch officers as needed.
• Protect staff, patients, and visitors by providing timely security support.
• Report HIPAA breaches when witnessed and maintain accurate incident records.
