Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Hospital Restraint Support Driver in Hermitage, TN. You will monitor hospital areas, deter incidents, and provide compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the job state.
• Willing to receive required hospital vaccines.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, staff, and medical facilities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and designated interior areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific policies and healthcare facility procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
