Qualifications

• OPOTA or OSP certification required; no break in service over 1 year.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous Police Officer experience preferred; psychological exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrol of UC Health properties by foot, bike, or vehicle to deter crime and enforce laws.
• Write detailed reports and investigate incidents; provide information to inquiries.
• Inspect facilities and document safety hazards; submit work requests as needed.
• Enforce UC Health policies and Ohio laws; may testify in court when warranted.
• Perform safety checks and maintain equipment such as fire extinguishers and alarms.
