Baptist Health is seeking a Night Shift Security Officer to safeguard patients, staff and visitors. You will patrol facilities, monitor surveillance, inspect access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include reporting issues, restraining trespassers when needed, and assisting with security projects such as locks, assessments, and reviews. Requires BLS and CHSO within one year; strong service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no violations for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Patrols hospital grounds and monitors access points to secure premises.
• Inspects buildings and equipment and controls entry as needed.
• Reports irregularities to prevent losses and informs violators of policy and procedures.
