Responsibilities

• Makes rounds, inside and outside assigned areas, investigate and document unusual incidents.
• Provide assistance to security personnel and escort visitors as needed.
• Observe and document non-conformances to policies and procedures.
• Complete all required paperwork timely.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Respond to calls from nursing/hospital departments to manage disorderly patients/visitors and emergency codes.
• Use scripted responses when answering calls and interacting with visitors.
• Participate in emergency drills and preparedness planning.
• Perform other related duties as required.
