St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking Security Officers for the Pensacola area to join a growing team focused on safety, reliability, and growth. You will patrol, monitor, respond to incidents, and complete clear incident reports to support clients and colleagues.

We offer sponsorship for the Florida Class D Security License, and flexible full- and part-time schedules including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License required.
• Sponsorships available to those who qualify.
• Prior security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity.
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas and monitor for safety concerns or suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident, accident, and activity reports.
• Enforce client policies, procedures, and site-specific rules.
• Provide professional customer service while assisting employees, visitors, and clients.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
• Maintain alertness and professionalism at all times while on duty.
• Follow all post orders and security procedures as directed.
