Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Security Officer Lead to plan, coordinate, and delegate security activities across the assigned location and shift. You will ensure safety for Associates, patients, and visitors, while modeling MLH mission and core values.

Responsibilities include patrolling, coordinating shift activities under the Lieutenant, leading associates, investigating thefts, and maintaining records and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security or law enforcement experience of 1–3 years required.
• Must hold Security Guard - Unarmed certification in Tennessee and Class D Driver License in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Patrols hospital and surrounding areas to ensure safety.
• Plan and delegate shift activities under supervisor.
• Lead security officers on assigned shifts.
• Investigate thefts and other incidents.
• Assist with data collection and productivity records.
• Maintain appearance and equipment of security staff.
