Job summary

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, escorting individuals to vehicles, answering inquiries, and maintaining calm in high-stress situations while following post orders and de-escalation protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 18 years of age.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Current state driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Escort staff and visitors to vehicles when requested.
• Report safety concerns and security breaches verbally and in writing.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with staff and guests.
• Answer phones or greet staff/visitors in a professional manner.
• Possibly work at multiple sites and cover special projects or shifts.
