Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, seeks a compassionate Sacramental Priest to join our Spiritual Care Team and provide sacramental ministry within a faith-based healthcare setting.

The role requires ordained Catholic priest with M.Div., strong pastoral and communication skills, and ability to work in an ecumenical environment. On-call coverage and collaboration with healthcare professionals are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Ordained Roman Catholic Priest in good standing with faculties
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent
• Excellent pastoral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in ecumenical healthcare environment
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered spiritual care

Responsibilities

• Provide sacramental ministry, including the Anointing of the Sick and other priestly services
• Assess and respond to the spiritual and sacramental needs of patients and families
• Celebrate Mass and other liturgical services as appropriate
• Collaborate with chaplains, clergy, healthcare professionals, and community faith leaders
• Participate in on-call coverage for emergency sacramental needs
• Support Trinity Health's Mission, Vision, and Values in all aspects of ministry
