The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience, HFMA MAP metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience or Associate's Degree with 14+ years in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Proven leadership of hospital billing departments and teams.
• Strong knowledge of HFMA MAP metrics and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient accounting, billing, and collections across hospital revenue cycle.
• Define departmental objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Hospital PFS leadership to resolve issues and optimize cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations and internal policies.
