AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is seeking a warehouse associate to support product receiving, picking, and inventory accuracy. The role involves updating data in the ERP system, inspecting deliveries, and processing replenishments to keep par levels properly stocked.

You will work with clinical departments and logistics staff to ensure on‑time delivery and accurate records, while maintaining safety and organizational standards throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• High School grad or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related work experience in supply chain or customer service setting.
• Basic math and strong organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updating data for product conversions and par location item layout.
• Inspect and accept deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records.
• Tag capital equipment upon receipt and communicate necessary information to purchasing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepare items for return.
• Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery.
