Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or high school equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings, parking lots, adjoining areas and off-campus ECMCC facilities to ensure safety of staff, visitors, patients and property.
• Operates emergency vehicles.
• Makes arrests of individuals in violation of the law.
• Assists staff in controlling and restraining clients under professional medical personnel guidance.
• Observes areas with CCTV.
• Removes disorderly persons from premises.
• Responds to alarms and emergencies; protects life and property.
• Seeks to detect crime and apprehend violators; prepares reports and gives testimony when required.
