Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care team in Sonora, California. This hospital-based role focuses on helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence with expert PT interventions.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an APTA-accredited program, hold an active CA PT license (or be eligible), and possess current BLS certification. Experience in hospital or acute care settings is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active California PT license (or eligible)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Hospital or acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide skilled physical therapy interventions for hospitalized patients
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
