Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time prep cook positions at UF Health Durbin in Saint Johns, FL. Schedule: 9:00 am–5:30 pm; days may vary. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Previous prep cooking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; ensures quality by tasting meals.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
