Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance experience; hospital maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• EPA, NICET, or Med Gas certification preferred.
• Journeyman licenses preferred.
• Ability to use work order systems and read technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, life safety, pumps, and electrical equipment.
• Maintain pneumatic tube systems, building automation, medical gas, and nurse call systems.
• Perform testing on backup generators, transfer switches, and related systems.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in on-call situations.
• Ensure compliance with DPH and Joint Commission standards.
